Meeting of the training committee of North Carolina Mutual Insurance Company in an auditorium at the home office. The training committee was set up to train new agents to work in the field. Each person seated was a head of the different department. Left to right: Robert Chester W. Perry (auditing), Eula P. Harris, (underwriting), A. N. Shearin (industrial department), Ronald C. Foreman (controller), Howard Clement (claims department), Kelly Bryant (ordinary department). People with backs to the camera are field agents in training.
