Description
C.C. Spaulding was the executive director and president of the North Carolina Savings and Loan Association, and at the same time the president of North Carolina Mutual as well as the Mechanics and Farmers Bank. Accompanying typed caption: "Reading the annual report to the stockholders of the Mechanics and Farmers Bank is a yearly duty of the president. Mr. Spaulding is shown as he appeared before the meeting in January of this year. The bank has assets over five million dollars."
