Eileen Watts Welch Image Collection

Constance Eileen Watts Welch is an academic administrator and the president of Durham Colored Library, Inc. She is the daughter of Dr. Charles DeWitt Watts and Lyda Constance Merrick Watts. This digital collection consists of a hand-drawn map of Hayti that Welch’s mother drew, a Pubco Corportation report cover that was likely used as a cover for the map, and a photograph of John Wheeler, Selena Wheeler, C.C. Spaulding, John L. Wheeler, and Margaret Wheeler.
